During production, a sheet of non-woven fabric is trimmed on both sides. The side pieces are traditionally discarded as they lack the uniform consistency of the center section. Through breakthrough manufacturing processes, Heat-MX™ is able to instead re-insert these side pieces back into the production cycle, thereby achieving a no-waste, 100% yield.

Traditional recycling methods create a heavy carbon footprint. Harmful processes used in reclaiming or creating recycled fibers (e.g. chemical cleaning, dyeing, and mechanical crushing) are energy-intensive and release pollutants into the environment. Due to its unique fiber composition, Heat-MX™ can be recycled while bypassing the aforementioned harmful steps.
